Andreas Seppi, A Mannarino enter SF of ATP Kremlin Cup

Patna : World No 46 in ATP rankings Andreas Seppi, 34, Italy, beat World No 34 Filip Krajinovic, 26, Serbia, in straight sets to enter the semi-finals of Kremlin Cup, an ATP World Tour 250 point event at Moscow, Russia, on October 19, 2018. Seppi beat Krajinovic  6-4, 7-6 in the quarter-finals.

Krajinovic though fired 10 Aces in the match to 7 by Seppi. Krajinoviv also committed 4 double faults to 3 by Seppi. Seppi won 3 break points to 2 by Krajinovic. Both the players won 3 games each in a row.

World No 49 Adrian Mannarino, 30, France, also entered the semi-final of the tournament defeating World No 217 Egor Gerasimov, Belarus, in the quarter-finals. Mannarino beat Gerasimov, a qualifier,  7-6, 6-3 in the quarter-finals. Gerasimov though hammered 14 Aces in the match to 4 by Mannarino. Mannarino also committed 4 double faults to 2 by Gerasimov. Mannarino also won 3 games in a row besides winning a break points.

Mannarino will play Seppi in the semi-finals on October 20, 2018.
