Amrit Lal Meena appointed Pri. Secretary, Co-operative

Patna : Bihar government on August 1, 2017, transferred Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Amrit Lal Meena and appointed him Principal Secretary, Co-operative Department. Meena, a 1989 batch IAS officer, would hold additional charge of Principal Secretary,Road Construction Department, and MD, Bihar State Road Development Corporation. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on August 1.

Meanwhile, the state government on August 1 relieved Sudhir Kumar, a retired IAS officer of 1982 batch, from the post of Advisor, Road Construction Department with immediate effect. Sudhir Kumar had tendered his resignation on July 31, 2017.
