Patna : Amrawati Devi will work as Deputy Mayor of Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC). The Patna high courtbeen , in a judgement on Wednesday, said that Amarawati Devi will work as deputy mayor of the PMC. The judgement had reserved after hearing of the appeal of Amrawati Devi and was delivered on Wednesday. It may be recalled that the state government had removed Amarawati Devi from the post of deputry mayor allegedly due to her to her absence at corporation meetings and Amarawati Devi had moved the high court to challenge it.
