Patna : Bihar Government has decided to set up Pollution Under Control (PUC) certification Centres at all the petrol pumps across the state. The Road Construction Department (RCD)had, on January 25, 2018, issued a directive to all the district magistrates and district transport officers (DTOs) for compliance of its order by the end of March, 2018. The centres outside petrol pumps would also function, according to RCD Secretary Sanjay Kumar Agarwal. There are 2,550 petrol pumps in the state belonging to three oil companies as on January 1, 2018,
