New Delhi : All 10 parliamentary constituencies (PCs) of Haryana will go polls in a single phase, the 6th Phase, of General Election, 2019, on May 12, 2019.The polling will be held from 7 am till 6 pm. The 10 Parliamentary Constituencies (PCs) are :Ambala (SC), Hisar, Karnal, Sonipat, Faridabad, Sirsa(SC), Gurgaon, Kurukshetra, Rohtak, and Bhiwani-Mahendragarh.

Ot of the 10 PCs, 8 are for General Category while 2 PCs : Sirsa and Ambala, are reserved for Scheduled castes. A total of 223 Candidates are contesting for the 10 PCs of which 11 are women. The lowest number of contesting candidates from Karnal (16 candidates) while the maximum number of candidates (29) are contesting from Sonipat.. Altogether 19,441 polling stations have been set up in the State out of which 5,510 polling stations are in urban areas while 13,931 are in rural areas.

The State of Haryana has 1,80,56,896 voters of which 97,16,516 are male, 83,40,173 are female and 207 are from the third gender. The State has 100% EPIC coverage and images on the Electoral Roll, according to a PIB release.
