Patna : Farhad Samji directorial Housefull 4 starring Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Riteish Deshmukh, Kirti Sanon, Pooja Hegde, and Kirti Kharbanda, which is running into its 4th week, has grossed over Rs 205 crore so far. It has become Akshay Kumar’s second film to cross Rs 200 crore mark in 2019 after ‘Mission Mangal’ negative reviews notwithstanding.
Housefull 4 did a business of over Rs 141 crore in its first week, over Rs 48 crore in second week, and over Rs 16 crore in its third week. But, it is now facing stiff competition from Ayushman Khuran’s film ‘Bala’, which is doing very well at the box office. Siddharth Malhotra’s film ‘Marjaavan’ is also doing well.
Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff, and Vani Kapoor starrer film ‘War’ grossed over Rs 316 crore in five weeks this year. ‘War’ did a business of over Rs 53 crore on Day 1. It grossed over Rs 238 crore in its first week.
