Patna : Bihar Govrnment on December 11, 2017, relieved Ajay Yadav, an IAS officer of 2005 batch and Additional Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD), Bihar Government, on his appointment as Private Secretary to Minister of State (MOS) for External Affairs, M J Akbar, with effect from the date he relinquishes his present charge. The GAD issued a notification to this effect on December 11.
The State Government, on the other hand, extended the deputation of Anupam Kumar Suman, an India Revenue Service (IRS) officer of 2004 batch and Joint Secretary, CM Secretariat, by one year till August 23, 2018, following approval of Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), Union Finance Ministry.
