Ajay Devgn, Ileana D’ Cruz starrer ‘Raid’ enters Rs 100 cr club

Patna : Ajay Devgn and Ileana D’ Cruz starrer ‘Raid’, which was released on March 16, 2018, entered the Rs 100 crore club in its fourth week. Made on a budget of Rs 45 crore, ‘Raid’ has so far done a business of over Rs 101 crore in four weeks. The film had grossed around Rs 63 crore in its first week itself.

Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, ‘Raid’ is based on a real  Income-Tax raid in the eighties and Ajay Devgn has played the role of an Income-tax Officer in the film. Noted character actor Shaurabh Shukla plays the role of a politician in the film. ‘Raid’ is the fourth film released in 2018 to enter the Rs 100 crore club. The other three films are : ‘Padmaavat’, ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’, and ‘Baaghi 2’.
