Muzaffarpur : Niraj Rana, an Advocate, was shot at and seriously injured by three unidentified motorcycle borne criminals on June 7, 2020, in Khabhra locality at Muzaffarpur when he was standing near a shop on NH28 on Muzaffarpur- Patna road. He fell on the road and was rushed to a private nursing home where he is being treated by doctors. His condition is serious as he received bullets on his chest, according to Dr Gaurav, who attended on him.
City SP Niraj Kumar Singh said that injured Rana is not in a position to talk or say anything about the criminals but police teams are conducting raids to nab the criminals. It is said that three criminals riding a bike reached the spot and opened fires on Rana and escaped towards Muzaffarpur town.
