ADG Vinay Kumar to head SIT set up to Inter exam results scam

Patna : Additional DG of Police Vinay Kumar will head the Special investigation team (SIT) constituted by Bihar  government on Monday to probe the Intermediate Arts and Science examination results scam. CM Nitish Kumar said the team will investigate the entire affair including those of previous years examinations conducted by Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB).

The CM directed DGP P K Thakur to get FIRs registered with the concerned police station and ensure no one was spared. He also directed the BSEB not to conduct the board examination of 9th class from next year. The meeting was attended by the Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary, Education .The  BSEB Chairman was also present.
