New Delhi : The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the premature repatriation of Dr D K Bhalla, a 1986 batch IAS Officer of Nagaland Cadre, Secretary, Lok Sabha Secretariat, to his cadre with immediate effect, according to a PIB release. Dr Bhalla, 59, was holding the post of Lok Sabha Secretariat since February 23, 2015.
