Abhay Kumar appointed Spl Secretary, I&T Deptt

Patna : Bihar Government on February 27, 2018, transferred Director, Handicrafts & and Silk Directorate, Industries Department, Saket Kumar, a 2009 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer, and appointed him Additional Secretary, Building Construction Department. He would also hold additional charge of MD, Bihar State Building Construction Corporation, until further order.

Abhay Kumar, a 1997 batch Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS) officer who has joined the state on deputation and was waiting for posting, has been appointed Special Secretary, Information Technology Department.

The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on FEbruary 27 itself.
