Human Chain formed in 485 km in West Champaran

Bagaha:  Human Chain formation programme in West Champaran district was  a huge success. Human  Chain was formed on 485 km long rounder different blocks of the district.

DM, West Champaran, Lokesh Kumar Singh, after conclusion of the programme, said that over ten lakh people including men, women, political reprensetatives and school going children having carrying soft drinking bottles and prohibition placards in their hands besides government employees were ly seen participating in the event.

Several hoardings in support of prohibition were displayed on NH 28 (B) near Kuria Kothi under Manuapul police statiom of Chanpatia block, Shastrinagar chowk under Bagaha-1 block, Bhutnath college and  Bagaha sub-divisional headquarters. The DM said that programme was successful due to awareness among people. DM Singh and Bagaha SDM Dharmendra Kumar separately appreciated the role of press in this regard.
