Gaya:: Fire broke out in an empty Isolation Coach kept ready for Covid-19 patients in emergency on December 27, 2021, morning. The Coach was parked at Gaya Railway Station Yard. No one was, however, injured in the incident. The cause of fire is yet to be ascertained. Senior railway officials, who inspected the place of occurrence, said a high level inquiry has been ordered into the incident.
Chief Public Relation Officer, East Central Railway (ECR), Hajipur, Rajesh Kumar, said that fire was extinguished by fire tenders. He said that only one Isolation Coach parked at the Railway Yard was damaged.The RPF has lodged a case in this connection.
