Bokaro ( Jharkhand) : Remembering the martyrs of freedom struggle and their immense contribution to Indian Independence, DPS Bokaro celebrated the 75th Independence Day on school campus on August 15, 2021.
The National Flag was hoisted by the Principal, DPS Bokaro, A S Gangwar, on the school premises which was followed by the melodious rendition of the patriotic songs.
Expressing the spirit of freedom in an artistic fervour, the school released a video and a special e-flip gallery- ‘Samarpan’ – dedicated to the martyrs, creators, and thinkers of India.
Speaking on the occasion Principal, DPS Bokaro, A S Gangwar, said, “India is a civilisation where unity lies in diversity and this unity is the reason for our illustrious past. To reach a brighter tomorrow, we all must work diligently and honestly to make our nation proud.” He said that we should strive to preserve the harmony and integrity of our motherland and stand in solidarity to uphold the spirit of freedom.
