Bhabhua : Police, on a tip off, busted a sex racket by arresting five professional girls including two sisters and a youth from a house at Ward No 6 under Bhabhua police station (PS) in Kaimur district on August 12, 2021, late evening, though one youth escaped from the scene.
SHO, Bhabhua PS, Ramanand Mandal, said that a sex racket was going on at Ward No 6 under the police station for the last two years and two sisters were running it. Several people visited the house regularly and handsome amount was realised from the customers, the SHO said. The locals objected to it several times but to no avail. At last, they complained to Kaimur SP Rakesh Kumar.
SP Kumar taking serious note of it, formed a police team that conducted raid at the said house and arrested five professional girls including two sisters, owner of the house, and a youth from the spot though one youth escaped from the spot. The police team also recovered several objectionable items from the spot. The SHO further said that an FIR has been lodged in this regard and police are investigating the matter.
