Patna : Active cases count increased to 483 in Bihar including 77 in Patna on July 27 as 67 more persons tested positive for Covid-19 on July 26, 2021, up from 59 a day before. Active cases count in Bihar was 467 on July 26, 2021. The state state did not report any new death due to Covid-19 in last 24 hours and the toll remained pegged at 9,639 on July 27.
Bihar has recored 7,24,597 Covid-19 cases so far of which 7,14,474 patients have been declared cured including 51 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) dropping to 98.60% on July 27 from 98.61% on July 26, 2021. The state has tested 3,67,40,585 samples including 1,51,196 samples on July 26, 2021.
The 67 new Covid-19 cases included 11 in Saharsa, 6 in Kishanganj, 6 in Muzaffarpur, 3 in Patna, 3 in Araria, 3 in Nawada, and 3 in Sitamarhi.
