Bhabhua : Police recovered body of a missing minor boy from a drain in Ward No 8, Mohania, under Mohania police station (PS) in Kaimur District in South Bihar on July 22, 2021, and brought it over to Bhabhua Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
The deceased was identified as Ashish Kumar, 2, son of Binod Kumar of Karigaon of in Kaimur district. SHO, Mohania PS, Ram Kalyaan Yadav, said that Binod Kumar along with his wife and minor son Ashish Kumar lived at a rented house in Ward No 8 at Mohania under the same police station.. On July 20, 2021, Ashish Kumar was playing in the afternoon outside of his house but suddenly disappeared from there. His mother searched for him everywhere. When she failed to locate him, she gave a written petition to police around 11pm the same. Police immediately swung into action and recovered the boy from a drain in Ward No 8.
