Man arrested for fraud

Patna: Rajiv Nagar police on December 6 arrested one Amitabh Gaurav alias Babloo Pandey in connection with cases of cheating lodged against him with Rajiv Nagar and Airport police stations. He was arrested from his flat at Amrawati Enclave in Rupuspur locality, where he was also running his office, said Rajiv Nagar ps SHO Mritunjay Kumar. The SHO said that an FIR was lodged with the Rajiv Nagar police station, Patna, against him by a person as he had devoured Rs 45 lakh in the name of providing a flat. He said that n a  similar case had been lodged against him with the Airport police station. A warrant was pending against him with the Rajiv Nagar police station, he added.
