Ara : About half a dozen unidentified criminals entered a Jewellery shop near Cricuit House on Pakari Road under Nawada police station (PS), Ara, in Bhojpur District, on June 21, 2021, late evening, and looted jewellery worth about Rs 6.5 lakh.
An FIR has been lodged with Nawada PS in this connection and police are investigating the matter. SHO, Nawada PS, said that about half a dozen unidentified armed miscreants entered Laxmi Jewellers near Circuit House on Pakari road on June 21, 2021, evening on June 21, 2021, made the shop owner, his employees and others captive at gun point, looted jewllery worth about Rs 6.5 lakh, and escaped after putting down the shutter of the shop. Police rushed to the spot and started investigation. Shopkeeper Pawan Kumar told police that the CCTV aat the shop was out of order for last several days.
