Bhabhua : A minor boy while plucking blackberries from tree fell into a well and died at village Pachgaonwa under Sonhan police station(PS) in Kaimur District in South Bihar on June 15, 2021.
The deceased was identified as Aasmani Kumar, 11, son of Sunil Yadav of village Pachgaonwa. Police took out the body from the well and brought it over to Bhabhua Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
SHO, Sonhan PS, said that Aasmani Kumar along with his friends, after taking lunch, went to pluck blackberries on Kudara road near the village. He climbed atop a tree to pluck blackberries. When he was plucking blackberries, a branch of the tree broke down and he fell into the well and died. His friends informed his family members about the incident. Hearing it, his family members rushed to the spot and informed police. Police, with the help of villagers, took out the body from the well and brought it over to Bhabhua Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
