Ara : A married woman having three children was raped by a man at a village under Jagdishpur police station (PS) in Bhojpur District in South Bihar on June 5, 2021. The woman lodged a named FIR with Jagdishpur PS on June 10, 2021, in this connection. woman having three children on June 5, 2021, by a fellow villager. Police are investigating the matter. Police also brought the woman over to Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination.
SHO, Jagdishpur PS, said that the woman lived at a village under Jagdishpur police station along with her three children as her husband works in a private company in New Delhi. The accused entered her house on June 5, 2021, when she was all alone and outraged her modesty. But she kept mum fearing social stigma but when she could be bear it any longer, she informed her husband about the incident who at once returned to his village, the SHO said. He came with his wife to Jagdishpur police station and lodged a named FIR against the accused.
Jagdishpur DSP confirmed that the a matter had come to his notice and police are investigating the matter.
