Ara : Police arrested an unnamed accused Dhanlal Yadav, son of Ramswaroop Yadav of Ibrahimpur village under Ara Twn police station (PS), in connection with murder of Manager of a Brick Kiln in Dhanupura locality on May 30, 2021. Police are also conducting raids to arrest the named accused in this regard.
Bhojpur SP Rakesh Kumar Dubey said that some armed miscreants had shot dead Mantosh Kumar Singh, Manager of a Brick Kiln at Dhanupura under Ara Town PS in the wee hour on May 30, 2021, and the next day Bavanveer Yadav was killed in retaliation. Two separate FIRs were lodged with police by both the groups.
The SP said that the owner of the Brick Kiln Ramesh Singh and former Ward Councillor Sitaram Yadav had an old enmity and these murders were outcome of the rivalry between the two sides. He added that police would crack the mystery behind these murders very soon.
