Ara : Some miscreants have threatened an Advocate of Ara Civil Court Vijay Shankar Tiwari with dire consequence if he ever enters his native village in Bhojpur District. Tiwari, in a complaint lodged with Bhojpur SP Rakesh Kumar Dubey, has demanded security for him and his family.
In a petition to the Bhojpur SP, Vijay Shankar Tiwari, son of late Sriram Tiwari of village Pilia under Jagdishpur police station in the district, said that he was living at Ara for years and visits his native village for agriculture works but some co-villagers : Vivekanand Rai, Shiv Bihari Rai, sons of Mahendra Nath Rai; Dev Kumar Rai, Dev Prasad Rai alias Gama Rai, sons of late Rajeshwar Rai: and Santosh Tiwari, son of Bharat Tiwari of Vishupur under Chhotaki Nainijor in Buxar district, are allegedly trying to capture my agriculture land and when he recently visited the village, they asked him not to enter the village and threatened him with dire consequence.
Advovate Tiwari added that he and his family members were living under constant fear spending sleepless nights. He requested the Bhojpur SP to provide him security guard for visiting his native village to do his agriculture work. He has also written to the Station House Officer, Jagdishpur, and the Secretary and President, Ara Bar Association, informing them about his plight.
President, Ara Bar Association, Nageshwar Dubey, has recommended security guard for Vijay Shankar Tiwari and requested the Bhojpur SP to provide security guard to him immediately saying it is a very serious matter.
