Ara : Police recovered body of a youth from a field at Kunjal Tola under Chandi police station (PS) in Bhojpur District on April 24, 2021,late evening.The deceased was identified as Lal Bihari Yadav, 16, son of Tuntun Yadav of village Durpur under Tarari PS in the district He had passed matriculation examination this year. He lived at his maternal unlce’s house for study.
Police brought the body over to Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. SHO, Chandi PS, said that Lal Bihari Yadav’s friend Kalicharan of Kunjan Tola took him from his house on April 24, 2021, evening, to attend call of nature. After Lal Bihari Yadav did not return home, his family members searched for him everywhere and found his body lying in a field near the village and informed police about it. The SHO said that someone strangulated him to death but the exact reason of death would be confirmed after post-mortem report.
