New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 26, 2021, expressed grief over the loss of lives due to fire at a hospital in Mumbai, Maharashtra. “Pained by the loss of lives due to fire at a hospital in Mumbai. I pray that the injured recover soon,” the Prime Minister said, according to a PIB release.

It may be mentioned here that 10 persons died in fire that broke out at a private hospital at Bhandup, Mumbai, shortly midnight on March 25, 2021. Many Covid-19 patients were evacuated after the fire.
