Patna : Second seed David Goffin, 30, Belgium, edged past top seed Roberto Bautista Agut, 32, Spain, in a tough three-set battle in final to win ATP Open Sud de France men’s singles title at Montpellier, France, on February 28, 2021. Goffin bagged 250 ATP Rankings points for winning the title while runner -up Agut got 150 points.
World No 15 David Goffin defeated World 13 Roberto Bautista Agut 5-7, 6-4, 6-2 in 2hr 5 minutes in final rallying back from one set down to lift the singles title on indoor hard courts at Montpellier, France.
