Patna : The COVID-19 cases recorded so far in Bihar rose to 2,24,977 on November 11, 2020, afternoon, as 702 more persons including 194 from Patna, 78 from Purnia, 52 from Saharsa, and 37 from Muzaffarpur, tested positive to it on November 10, 2020.

According to State Health Department figure, 23 persons each from Gaya and Nawada, 20 persons each from Saran, Sitamarhi, and Supaul, 16 from West Champaran, 16 from Kishanganj, 15 from Bhagalpur, 15 from Madhubani, 13 each from , Samastipur, East Champaran and Araria, 11 from Lakhisarai,  10 from Rohtas, and 10 from Madhepura, also tested positive to COVID-19 on November 10, 2020.

Of the 2,24,977 COVID-19 cases recorded in the state so far, a total of 2,17,422 patients have been declared cured including 821 during last 24 hours with the recovery rate being 96.64%. The number of active cases was 6,392 in Bihar on November 11, 2020. Bihar has tested 1,23,74,768 so far including 1,30,687 samples on November 10, 2020.

The COVID-19 toll increased to 1,162 in Bihar on November 11, 2020, with 6 new deaths being recorded during last 24 hours including 4 from Patna and one each from Saran and Gopalganj. The toll climbed to 288 in Patna on November 11.
