Buxar : The CBI Sleuths arrested red handed Post Master Arun Kumar Pandey from his office at Naya Bazaar in Buxar District in South Biharon November 6, 2020, evening, while accepting a bribe of Rs 7,000 from an agent and took him to Patna with them.
Arun Kumar Pandey was posted as Post Master at a post office at Naya Bazaar in Buxar District. He had allegedly demanded Rs 7,000 from an agent for favouring him. The agent informed the CBI. After verification, the CBI laid a trap and arrested Post Master Arun Kumar Pandey while accdpting Rs 7,000 bribe from an agent.
Employees at the Post Office said that Post Master Arun Kumar Pandey is a resident of Upadhyaya Pandeypur but lived at Nehru Nagar at Buxar. They also alleged that someone had trapped him in a planned manner.
