Ara : Two teenagers were kidnapped and cash and jewellery were stolen at Krishnanagar locality under Nawada police station in Bhojpur district on July 30, 2020, late evening.
A named FIR was lodged with Nawada police station in this connection against Mohan Tiwari of Babhnauli village under Ara Muffassil police station on the statement of Chandrabhan Ojha, father of the children. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to recover the children and arrest the kidnappers.
SHO, Nawada police station, said that Chandrabhan Ojha of Nawadih village under Bihia police station was living at a rented house of Pramod Yadav at Krishnanagar under Nawada police station along with his family for the last six months and worked at Patna. The SHO said that his relative Mohan Tiwari used to visit Chandrabhan Ojha’s frequently. He had come to his house on July 30, 2020, late evening and allegedly stole a gold chain and Rs 45,000 cash. He also decoyed two teenage children and kidnapped them.
