Patnsa : Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases jumped to 12,140 in Bihar on July 6, 2020, with 276 more persons including 55 from Patna District, 27 from Darbhanga, and 25 from Bhagalpur testing positive to it. A total of 8,765 patients have been declared cured in the state till date.
According to state Health Department sources, 15 cases each were reported from East Champaran and Nalanda District while West Champaran District reported 13 cases. Munger District reported 11 cases while Supaul reported 10 cases. Khagaria reported 9 cases.
Katihar and and Siwan districts reported 8 cases each while Madhubani and Muzaffarpur reported 7 cases each. Rohtas, Madhepura, Gopalganj, and Jehanabad reported six cases each.
