Patna : Coronavirus (COVID-19) death toll rose to 84 in Bihar on July 3, 2020, afternoon, with six new deaths being reported from five districts of the state during last 24 hours. East Champaran District in North Bihar reported two new deaths while neighbouring East Champaran reported one new death. Patna, Kaimur, and Nalanda dsitricts reported one new death each.
Coronavirus death toll has now climbed to 11 in Patna District while Nalanda, Rohtas, Saran, and Darbhanga districts have reported five deaths each so far.
East Champaran, Muzaffarpur, and Begusarai districts have reported four deaths each while Samastipur, Sitamarhi, Vaishali, Bhojpur, Nawada, Khagaria, Jehanabad, and Gaya Districts have reported three deaths each. Madhubani, West Champaran, and Siwan districts have reported two deaths each. Kaimur, Kishanganj, Madhepura, Munger, Sheohar, Araria, Arwal, Aurangabad, Bhagalpur, Jamui, and Katihar districts have reported one death each till date.
So far, 8,211 Coronavirus patients have been declared cured in Bihar. The recovery rate is 75.25%. The state reported 519 new Coronavirus cases during last 24 hours.
