Patna : Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases jumped to 8,488 in Bihar on June 25, 2020, night, with 107 more persons including 14 from Purnia, 15 from Muzaffarpur, 11 from Lakhisarai, 10 from Begusarai, 8 from Patna, seven from Bhagalpur, five from Darbhanga, six from Madhubani, testing positive to it on the day. The new patients are in 4-60 year age group and authorities concerned are looking into their infection trail. In all, 215 persons had tested positive to Coronavirus in Bihar on the day till 11.37 pm.
In Purnia District in eastern Bihar, six cases were reported from Kasba, three from Srinagar, two from Purnia East, two from Jalalgarh, and one from Krityanand Nagar. In Rohtas District, one case each was reported from Kochas and Rajpur. In Kishanganj District, three cases were reported from Pothia. In Katihar, one case each was reported from Falka and Korha.
In Patna, three cases were reported from Daniyawan, one each from Bhagwatnagar, Jogipur, Digha, and Khajpura. In Lakhisarai District, six cases were reported from Halsi and one from Suryagarha.
In Madhubani District, four cases were reported from Ghonghardiha, and one each from Madhepur and Laukahi. In Muzaffarpur, six cases were reported from Sakra and nine cases from Motipur.
