Ara : Kidnapping of a teenage girl came to light on June 22, 2020, after her father Kariya Yadav lodged a named FIR against two persons of a village under Krishnagarh police station in Bhojpur district. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the accused and also recover the girl. Love affair is said to be the cause behind the incident.
SHO, Krishnagarh police station, quoting the FIR, said that the teenage daughter of Kariya Yadav of a village under the police station, had gone to field in the morning in the village to attend call of nature on June 19, 2020. When she did not return till late, her family members searched for her everywhere and after they failed to locate her, her father lodged a named FIR with Krishnagarh police station against two youth of the village.
