New Delhi :Palka Sahni, a 2004 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer and Special Resident Commissioner, Bihar Bhavan, New Delhi, has been transferred and appointed Resident Commissioner, Bihar Bhavan, New Delhi. General Administration Department (GAD), Bihar Government, issued a notification to this effect on June 18, 2020. Palka Sahni has replaced Vipin Kumar, a 1996 batch IAS officer.
Vipin Kumar has been appointed Joint Secretary, School Education and Literacy Department, Government of India (GoI). The GoI issued a notification to this effect on May 27, 2020.
