Patna : Coronaviris (COVID-19) cases rose to 6,355 in Bihar on June 14, 2020, with 66 more persons including 14 from Sheohar, 12 from Sitamarhi, 11 from Saran, and four each from Buxar and Banka testing positive to it. The new patients are in 1-55 year age group and the authorities concerned are looking into their infection trail. Coronavirus death toll has increased to 39 in Bihar with three new deaths being reported in the state during last 24 hours.

In Sheohar District in North Bihar, four cases each were reported from Piprahi and Tariani, two each from Sheohar and Purnahiya, and   one each from Tajpur, and Policeline. In neighbouring Sitamarhi District, 12 cases were reported from Bairgania. In Vaishali District in North Bihar, four cases were reported from Goraul. In Patna District, one case was reported from Phulwarisharif.

In West Champaran District, three cases were reported from Mainatand. In East Champaran District, two cases were reported from Areraj and one from Mehsi. In Muzaffarpur District, two cases were reported from Katra. In Madhubani,one case was reported from Madhepur.

In Buxar District, three cases were reported from Simri and one from Nawanagar. In Banka District, one case each was reported from Phuldumar, Bandi, Chandan, and Banka. In Bhagalpur District, two cases were reported from Gopalpur and one from Sanjhaula.In Bhojpur, one case was reported from Jagdishpur. Two cases were reported from Munger too – one each from Tetiyabambar and Munger.

In Saran District, 9 cases were reported from Sonepur, and one each from Marhaura and Sara.
