Ara : Some unidentified armed miscreant shot dead a married woman at village Kurkuri under Gadhani police station in Bhojpur District on June 11, 2020, morning.
Police brought the body over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. An FIR has been lodged with Gadhani police station in this regard and police are investigating into the incident. The reason behind the murder is still to be ascertained. The deceased was identified as Kiran Devi, 28, wife of Bigu Ram.
SHO, Gadhani police station, said that Kiran Devi,wife of Bigu Ram of Kurkuri village, had gone to the field at the village to attend call of nature on June 11 morning when some unidentified miscreants shot her dead and escaped.
