Mumbai : The traditional manner of conducting business is changing right before our eyes. The Covid-19 pandemic has completely destroyed the existing set of business model which was in vogue and accordingly the teaching and training was streamlined by the Technical and Management Institutes across globe. It can be named as Fourth Industrial Revolution which will bring advanced robotics and autonomous transport, artificial intelligence and machine learning, biotechnology and genomics in the forefront.
These developments will transform the way we live, and the way we work. Some jobs will disappear, others will grow and jobs that don’t even exist today will become relevant .What is certain is that the future workforce will need to align its skillset to keep pace.
