New Delhi : The number of Coronavirus (COVID-19) patients cured/discharged jumped to 45,299 in India including 10,318 in Maharashtra, 5,219 in Gujarat, 5,192 in Delhi, and 2,733 in MP at 8 am on May 21, 2020, an increase of 3,002 since the last update issued by Union H & FW Ministry on May 20, 2020.
Coronavirus death toll has also climbed to 3,435 in India with 132 new deaths being reported from different parts of the country during last 24 hours.
Coronavirus death toll break-up in India is : Maharashtra (1,390), Gujarat (749), MP (267), West Bengal (253), Delhi (167), Rajasthan (147), UP (127), Tamilnadu (87), Andhra Pradesh (53), Karnataka (41), Telangana (40), Punjab (38), J&K (18), Haryana (14), Bihar (10), Odisha (6), Kerala (4), Assam (4), Himachal Pradesh (3), Jharkhand ( 3), Chandigarh (3), Meghalaya (1), and Uttarakhand (1).
