Patna : A 30 year old man from Karmubigha in Nalanda District tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19) on May 1,2020, taking the total number of confirmed cases to 426 in Bihar. The man had returned from Kanpur, UttarPradesh (UP), and the health authorities are ascertaining his infection trail, according to Principal Secretary, Health Department, Bihar Government, Sanjay Kumar.
With this new case, Nalanda District has so far reported 36 Coronavirus confirmed cases. Munger District has reported 92 COVID-19 confirmed cases followed by Patna with 42 confirmed cases. Buxar District has reported 40 confirmed cases so far while Rohtas District accounts for 34 such cases.
