Patna : The number of Coronavirus (COVID-19) confirmed cases jumped to 403 in Bihar on April 29, 2020, night, with 37 more persons including 14 in Buxar , 4 in Darbhanga, 5 in West Champaran, 2 in Begusarai, 3 each in Patna and Rohtas, and two in Bhojpur districts, testing positive to the disease on the day. The local authorities are looking into their infection trail.
In Darbhanga District in North Bihar, all the four COVID-19 confirmed cases have been reported from Darbhanga Town while two confirmed cases were reported from Jamuhar and one from Badahri in Rohtas District. Of the 14 confirmed reported from Buxar District, 12 were reported from New Bhojpur area and two from Dumraon. In Bhojpur District, two persons including a woman from Bhaluhipur area tested positive for the disease. In Patna, one case each was reported from Rajabazar, Paliganj, and Naubatpur.
Sitamarhi, Madhepura, Vaishali, Aurangabad districts reported one COVID-19 confirmed cases each on April 29. In Sitamarhi, a 55 year old woman from Pupri tested positive for Coronavirus while a 25 year old man from Bardaha in Madhepura District tested positive for the disease.
