Ara : A social activist Abhishek Tiwari of Godhana Road locality under Nawada police station, Ara, in Bhojpur District, was allegedly threatened with dire consequences on social media Facebook. An FIR was lodged with Nawada police station in this connection on April 24, 2020. Police are investigating into the matter.
SHO, Nawada police station, Sanneev Kumar, said that Abhishek Tiwari, a social worker, had discussed on a local TV channel issuing of passes to some influential persons by Ara SDO. After this, one Nishchal of Katira locality under Nawada police station allegedly used choicest words and also threatened him with dire consequences if he dared enter the Godhana locality.
