New Delhi : The number of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) confirmed cases shot up to 5,24, 514 including 31,633 new cases in USA on April 13, 2020, according to WHO Situation Report -84. Coronavirus death toll surged to 20,444 including 1,928 new deaths due to community transmission on April 13. Coronavirus death toll in the World had reached 1,11,652 on the day including 5,702 new deaths.
The Coronavirus death toll in Canada, which accounted for 23,702 cases on the day, jumped to 674 including 74 new deaths due to community transmission. Iran had reported 71,686 Coronavirus confirmed cases till April 13 while the death toll due to the disease had jumped to 4,474 including 117 new deaths due to community transmission. COVID-19 death toll in Pakistan, which accounted for 5,374 confirmed cases till April 13, hadincreased to 93 including 7 new deaths.
Italy had reported 1,56,363 Coronavirus confirmed cases till April 13 while the death toll due to the disease had surged to 19,901 including 431 new deaths. Spain accounted for 1,66,019 coronavirus confirmed cases on the day while the death toll reached 16,972 including 619 new deaths.
Coronavirus death toll in France, where 94,382 confirmed cases had been reported till April 13, had climbed to 14,374 including 560new deaths. COVID-19 death toll in UK had reached 10,612 on April 13 including 737 new deaths. Belgium had reported 3,600 deaths including 254 new deaths due to Coronavirus till April 13. COVID-19 death toll in Netherlands had climbed to 2,737 including 94 new deaths till April 13, according to WHO Situation Report.
China had reported 83,597 Coronavirus confirmed cases including 115 new cases till April 13 while the death toll due to the disease had surged to 3,351 including 2 new deaths.
