Patna : Sanjay Kumar Singh, a 2007 batch IAS officer and State Project Director, Bihar Education Project Council, Education Department, Bihar Government, was on March 27, 2020, given additional charge of Officer on Special Duty (OSD), State Disaster Management Department. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect on March 27 itself.
