Sitamarhi : Sitamarhi District in North Bihar will see the establishment of a Medical College Hospital in 2020. The projects likely to be completed in 2020 are opening of new a Kendriya Vidyalaya, a Medical college at village Muradpur near Sitamarhi town and upgradation of Sitamarhi Nagar Parishad as Municipal Corporation.
Briefing mediapersons, Sitamarhi District Magistrate Abhilasha Kumari Sharma said that river Lakhandei and Manushamara would be channelised into their old courses. This will give relief from flood and boost cultivation in several districts including Sitamarhi.
