PMCH Jr docs call of strike

Patna: Striking junior doctors of Patna Medical College Hospital (PMCH)  called off their agitation on Friday evening and assured the college principal and hospital superintendent that they would resume their duty on Friday night itself. They were on srike since Saturday night in protest against assault on their colleagues by the attendants of a patient .They held negotiations with the superintendent and principal in the day on their demand for better security arrangements. The junior doctors association submitted a memorandum to the principal .Earleir in the day, their counterparts at Gaya and Darbhanga too had called off their strike.
