Patna : Bihar Government on October 14, 2019, granted Proforma Promotion to Apex Payscale ( Chief Secretary rank) to Central Provident Fund Commissioner (CPFC), Government of India, New Delhi, Sunil Barthwal, a 1989 batch Bihar Cadre IAS officer.
Barthwal has been granted Proforma Promotion to Apex Payscale with effect from October 5, 2019. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on October 14, 2019. Barthwal is currently on central deputation.
