Chas (Jharkhand) : September 6, 2019, was a landmark day for DPS Chas in Bokaro District in Jharkhand as Regional Officer, CBSE, Patna, Jagdish Barman, visited school the campus and highly appreciated the school .
Earlier, Jagdish Barman was welcomed by Chief Mentor of the school Dr Hemlata S Mohan, Pro Vice Chairman N Muralidharan, and the Principal Neelkamal Sinha.
Speaking on the occasion, Jagdish Barman said that apart from academics, the students need to excel in co-scholastic activities. He stressed on the need of games and sports on the school premises. He re iterated that children are the future of the country therefore they should go for all round development to shoulder the responsibilities of the country. He called upon the students to prepare themselves in such a manner that they could make a better India for tomorrow. Impressed with the infrastructure and logistic support at DPS Chas, Barman hoped that in coming days DPS Chas will emerge as the best educational hub in the state.
Principal, DPS Chas, Neelkamal Sinha described Burman as a man of words, hardworking, intellectual genius, versatile and a dynamic personality. She promised that the children of the school would adhere to his advice so that not only their name but also the name of the school flutters high in the sky. The vote of thanks was proposed by Headmistress Rashmi Sinha.
