ProVC R K Mandal authorised to function as VC, BRABU, Muzaffarpur

Muzaffarpur  : The Governor cum Chancellor of State Universities Fagu Chauhan on September 3, 2019, authorised Pro VC of BRABU, Muzaffarpur, Professor Raj Kumar Mandal, to function as the VC of the university with immediate effect. The Governor’s Secretariat issued a notification to this effect on September 3 itself.

The post of VC, BRABU, has fallen vacant following resignation of Prof Amrendra Narayan Yadav  on May 29 ,2019. VC, Purnia University, Professor Rajesh Singh, was given additional charge of VC, BRABU. But the university work including conduct of examinations was suffering in the absence of a regular VC.
