Hurkacz jumps 6 places in ATP rankings, Gunneswaran World No 88

Patna : Hubert Hurkacz, 22, Poland, has jumped 6 places to be ranked World No 35 with 1,308 points  in the ATP rankings released on August 26, 2019, after winning the Winston-Salem Open singles titles on August 24, 2019. Denis Shapovalov, 20, Canada, who had reached semi-finals of the same tournament, has jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 33 with 1,310 points. Prajnesh Gunneswaran, 29, India, has jumped 1 place to be ranked World No 88 with 610 points.

Novak Djokovic, Serbia, Rafael Nadal, Spain, Roger Federer, Switzerland, Dominic Thiem, Austria, Daniil Medvedev, Russia, Alexander Zverev, Germany,  Kei Nishikori, Japan, and Stefanos Tsitsipas, Greece, remain World No 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 respectively in the ATP rankings.

Benoit Paire, France, has jumped 4 places to be ranked World N0 26 with 1,508 points. Paire had reached the final of  Winston-Salem Open in USA. Andrey Rublev, 21, Russia, has also jumped 4 places to be ranked World No 43 with 1,066 points. Feliciano Lopez, 37, has jumped 2 places and is ranked World No 61 with 923 points. Robin Haase, 32, Netherlands, has jumped 11 places to be ranked World No 143 with 376 points.

Hyeon Chung, 23, South Korea, has slipped 19 places to be ranked World N0 170 with 313 points. Andrea Collarini, 27, Argentina, has jumped 87 places to be ranked World N0 219 with 213 points after winning an ATP Challenger singles title.
